Our crew is the heart and soul of the student experience and we are looking for experienced instructors, career-transitioning staff and interns to join our team at Outward Bound Discovery, a division of Outward Bound, the nation's leading, non-profit, adventure based, experiential educational organization, designs and provides programs specifically for at-risk and committed delinquent youth and their families, as well as schools and communities exposed to factors that put youth in jeopardy of becoming chronic offenders.
